Kelsie is a native of Kerrville, a 2010 graduate of Tivy High School, and a 2014 graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Elementary Education. She has a great passion for working with kids as a long-time Singing Hills counselor, Work Crew boss, and Girls’ Director, as well as an LLYC Intern. Her love for Laity Lodge Family Camp runs deep, and she has been a part of family camp weekend retreats since 2010. Kelsie is excited to join the transforming work that the Lord is doing through Family Camp, even as Christ has transformed her life in this special place.
Kelsie has also worked with Young Life in Kerr County and was previously a preschool teacher in Kerrville. As the Assistant Director of Programming, Kelsie will be supporting and assisting Cary and the Family Camp team in the design, creation, development, and coordination of program activities. Kelsie also provides an on-campus ministry presence in support of the Family Camp staffing process.
