Central Staff: Kids' Club Boss
Directly responsible for caring and nurturing our youngest family campers (ages 0 to 5), the Kids’ Club Boss(es) will lead, manage, and advise the staff who serve in the Kids’ Club facility during devotional times, activity times, and Kids’ Night Out. Applicants must have a love for small children and an ambitious desire to creatively minister to and nurture children on a daily basis.

Central Staff: Programmer
Creating and leading the fun, programmers are creatively forming, organizing, and acting out the themes and games each week! Individuals in this role should be energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of a crowd.

Central Staff: Roundup Coordinator
The Roundup Coordinator is responsible for running media and sound at adult devotional each morning and Roundup each night. They are in close communication with each week’s speaker and musician to prepare slides, microphones, and sound for each morning and evening event, and also work alongside the Programmers to support their success at Roundup, late night events, etc.

Central Staff: Work Crew Boss
The Work Crew Boss will work in partnership with their co-boss and is directly responsible for the 10 high school junior girls on Work Crew, both in the daily schedule of tasks and duties as well as supervising them and investing in their spiritual and emotional growth. They will lead their crew and assist them in setting up, tearing down, and bussing the Ranch House for each meal.

Central Staff: Program Crew Boss
The Program Crew Boss will work in partnership with their co-boss and is directly responsible for
around 10 high school junior boys on Program Crew, both in the daily schedule of tasks and duties as well as supervising them and investing in their spiritual and emotional growth. They will lead their crew and assist them in setting up for family activities, late night events, and other activities.

Central Staff: Outpost Boss
The Outpost Boss manages the Family Camp store, both in front of house and back of house logistics, as well as scheduling and supervising the team of Outpost Assistants. The Outpost boss is also responsible for counting/ordering inventory, and collecting/delivering mail. Operating on an organized schedule, the Outpost sells food, drinks, and camp clothing to guests and staff, and also houses an on-site office location.

Central Staff: Activities Coordinator
The Activities Coordinator is responsible for facilitating many of the camp activities, especially some of the activities that require in-depth training, such as High Ropes/Adventure Rec, Shooting Sports, and Lifeguarding. This role is generally responsible for the setup, execution, and cleanup of all camp activities, as well as assigning staff to lead the appropriate activities.

Central Staff: Healthcare Assistant
Under the supervision of the camp doctor, Healthcare Assistants administer medications, treat minor injuries and illnesses, maintain medical logs, and serve in an “on call” role in case of medical emergencies day or night. It is preferred that the applicant be pursuing nursing, medical, or EMT/paramedic education. They will assist with the overall management of the camp clinic and care of patients, including maintaining a clean clinic environment and monitoring inventory of supplies and medications.

The direct ministry to the campers is carried on primarily through the counselors. The Girls’ Head Counselor leads all the female counselors by supporting them to do their role with excellence and hospitality. The Girls’ Head Counselor will guide, invest in, and assist counselors in their daily work of leading devotionals, facilitating activities, and humbly serving individuals and families.

Central Staff: Lead Cook
Cooks work on small team that is responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of camp meals. In this role you will delve into tight-knit relationships and get first-hand food-service experience in an exciting setting. The Lead Cook will be responsible for helping coordinate all seasonal staff cooks, scheduling, assisting in training, coordinating with Work Crew, leading weekly devotional and fun times, and building teamwork.

Central Staff: Media Boss
The Media Boss leads the team of videographer(s) and photographer(s) in their daily duties of capturing and producing the activities, events, and moments of camp. The Media Boss should be organized, ambitious, creative, and motivating, preferably with experience in videography, video production, or photography.
