Registration by Lottery:
All Spring 2027 retreats will be lottery retreats. Enter the lottery by joining the waitlist for one of our retreats. The lottery window will be open from Thursday, August 13, at noon to Friday, August 21, noon central time.
Lottery participants will be randomly selected until each retreat is full. We will let you know whether or not you got in by the end of the day on Monday, August 31. If you do not get into the retreat, you will remain on the waitlist, and we will contact you if space becomes available.
We hope this lottery-based approach will help alleviate some registration day anxiety and give everyone the same chance of getting into a retreat.
Ways to prepare for spring registration:
Set a calendar reminder and make sure all family members you are registering are added to your account. You’ll also need to pay any past-due balances. If you have questions, please contact our guest care team at fcinfo@laitylodgefamilycamp.org or 830-315-9271.
