While we continue to be cautiously optimistic, we are excited to share that daily new cases and infection rates are decreasing while vaccination rates are increasing.

Due to this, LLFC guests will no longer need to show proof of vaccination or provide a negative test and masking is not a requirement. However, guests who would like to wear a mask will be supported in doing so.

However, LLFC staff will have to go through the COVID-19 testing protocols before and during retreats but do not have to wear a mask, unless it is a personal preference.

COVID test to be administered no sooner than 3 days prior to arrival at camp. At-home Antigen tests and clinic-based PCR tests are both acceptable; however, PCR tests usually take a couple of days to receive results. Test results will be collected by LLFC team members upon arrival at camp.

Staff who test at home are asked to provide a digital picture or print out showing the following:

  • Actual test result itself (test with obvious line or lines)
  • A phone or watch showing the date
  • Photo ID

Staff who test in a clinical setting are asked to provide the following:

  • Email/text/or print out showing test result, name, and date

While this is encouraging news, we will continue to monitor COVID-19 metrics. Should the environment change, metrics worsen, or a new COVID-19 strain arise, we will re-evaluate implementing protocols to keep our guests and staff safe.

We are asking that guests and staff self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to attending a retreat.
